Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing her junior year, she relocated from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. Dina Meyer has two brothers. Gregory is her brother who is older and Evan is her younger. She started her career in entertainment when she was 9 years old, and began modeling. She started her acting training in The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's acting techniques along alongside Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors to receive this kind of education. The actress was a part of Beverly Hills,90210 and had to relocate in Los Angeles to take the part. Her debut role was Johnny Mnemonic. She did all the stunts of the movie, and it helped establish her as an athletic actress. The talent agent she worked with was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent, she was able to score a recurring role on Friends.
